This
book is about having more energy - physical, emotional,
relationship, problem solving to achieve peak performance
in your work and play.
We
all need a boost now and then and Kerri-Anne gives practical
tips on how she does it. Her focus is on the quality of
life as a whole experience.
I
can personally agree with portions of the book such as
the Workout Wizard as Kerri-Anne and I have shared a personal
trainer (Meg who is mentioned on page 154). I only met
Kerri-Anne once but I like her book.
