Comments:

One of my favorite books to recommend. I am interested in the human potential and this book explores awareness and provides practical techniques that anyone can use in their daily life.

The book explores the natural function of the mind and provides a key to unlocking the potential of the brain. The mind Map technique can be applied to any aspect of life where learning and and clear thinking will be beneficial to a business or personal environment.

There is one problem with this book. I can't keep it in my library - someone borrows it or I give it away! Buy it anyway, it's worth it.

Comments:

This book is about having more energy - physical, emotional, relationship, problem solving to achieve peak performance in your work and play.

We all need a boost now and then and Kerri-Anne gives practical tips on how she does it. Her focus is on the quality of life as a whole experience.

I can personally agree with portions of the book such as the Workout Wizard as Kerri-Anne and I have shared a personal trainer (Meg who is mentioned on page 154). I only met Kerri-Anne once but I like her book.

Comments:

This book explores the aspects of accelerated learning and teaching through personal growth rather than academics. Once you know how to learn you can learn faster and easier.

The format of the book is dynamic and interesting which makes it easy to learn. The authors have used one of the techniques they understand to make it easy to skim read and re-read the book.

The pace for learning is accelerated by the introduction of the World Wide Web and each person is expected to know more than ever before. Our drop-out rate is also increasing as the pressures are just too much to handle.
